Let's strip it back

This piece is made from deadstock or repurposed fabric. By using this material, the need to create fabric from scratch is completely removed, and therefore, no further emissions are released into the atmosphere. Little Collective have made this garment by hand at their studio in London.

Little Collective source deadstock and vintage fabrics to transform into their beautiful pieces, and in doing so save them from ending up in landfill. As a slow-fashion, made to order brand, Little Collective eliminate any excess stock that may end up as waste. Their labels and bindings are made from repurposed vintage cotton twill tape and traditional french bindings. Any scraps of fabric left behind are saved for cushion stuffing which are released at the end of each year.

By using materials that have already been produced and eliminating the demand to produce further fabrics, Little Collective reduce the water consumption footprint of their garments.

Little Collective is run by Emily and Lizzie, the Founders and Makers, with each piece being lovingly hand-sewn at their studio.
