How we deliver

To lower our emissions as much as possible, we choose to deliver your new purchase straight from the brand itself - meaning no extra packaging and mileage. Please note, if you have purchased multiple products, they will be sent out separately.

Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation which will be followed with an email notifying you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

Europe: Standard shipping £14.95. 

Our brands deliver aim to within 7-10 working days.*

Rest of World: £19.95. 

Our brands deliver aim to within 7-10 working days.*

Customs and duties

For orders outside of the UK, customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to advise the amount as they vary by country depending on local imports legislation. If your order is subject to taxes and duties they will be charged to the customer and due upon delivery. Occasionally orders may be subject to delays, due to customs or extreme weather conditions. 

Returns

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving a purchase. The product must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. All original packaging, labels and tags must be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs, taxes and duties for shipping the item(s) back to the brand and are responsible for the return until it reaches them, so please remember to ask for proof of purchase.

To process your return, please email hello@strippedstore.com with your order number. Once the return has been processed you will receive a return confirmation email. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of the brand receiving the order.
